Job Opportunity: Visa Counsellor

• We are seeking a confident and presentable individual to assume the role of Visa Counsellor.

• Client Consultation Services: Address potential clients' interest in Visas, including assessing suitability.
• Action Planning and Scheduling: Identify targets and project contact numbers.
• Sales Lead Follow-up: Monitor new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Sales Prospecting: Identify prospects and establish relationships.
• Sales Materials Development: Create and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain client and potential client relationships.
• Clients Concerns Resolution: Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Inquiry Follow-up: Regularly follow up on inquiries received.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Proactively monitor changes to various Immigration regulations.
• Team Briefing: Brief colleagues on Immigration regulation changes.
• Content Creation and Distribution: Assist with immigration-related content for the monthly newsletter.
• Additional Duties: Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure smooth operations.
