Electronics Hardware Engineer

The Electronics Hardware Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development and testing of electronic hardware products.

This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic hardware with firmware and mechanical components.

  • Design and develop electronic hardware products, including schematic design, PCB layout and component selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality electronic products.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, procedures and specifications for electronic hardware products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in electronics hardware design.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development and testing of electronic hardware products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic hardware with firmware and mechanical components.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, procedures and specifications for electronic hardware products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in electronics hardware design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECE/EEE.
  • Experience in embedded hardware designs.
  • Knowledge in serial protocol interfaces SPI, I2C, RS-485, UART, USB etc.
  • Good exposure on using CAD tools like KiCad.
  • Working knowledge of oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, function generator, electronic load etc.
  • Experience in IoT applications.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety and compliance certification tests.
