Key Responsibilities:
This role involves full client management, including enabling acquisition and onboarding, day-to-day Digital Ad Operations, and performance of client accounts.
Responsibilities also include managing a team of 10-15 people, planning personal development programs, and ownership of digital channel strategies for a client portfolio of 8-10 accounts.
Collaboration with leadership to provide expert advice and guidance on digital campaigns and delivery is also required.
Staying current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts is essential.
Requirements:
A tech Graduate/MBA with experience of 5- 8 years in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy
Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and experience in planning and managing advertising spends with clients over last 5 years.
Team handling experience for at least 1-2 years.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Advanced certification for Adwords, DBM Fundamentals exam, Facebook Blueprint etc
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
