Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. As a SuccessFactors Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrations in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Build, test, and deploy integration solutions, including full and delta load integrations.
  • Manage incident resolution, including major incident handling and root cause analysis.
  • Perform system monitoring, proactive maintenance, and corrective actions.

Development & Operations (60%):

Our team relies on strong technical expertise to design and implement integration solutions across HR modules such as Employee Central, Position Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Talent, Succession & Development, Compensation, Learning, and Time Management.

Projects & Continuous Improvements (30%):

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications. This role demands technical expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Standards, Training & Personal Development (10%):

We are looking for someone who can ensure adherence to global standards, documentation, and governance in SAP SuccessFactors integrations. Additionally, you will train and guide internal stakeholders on integration processes and best practices.
