Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RDK Wifi developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing Wi-Fi software features for our gateway and extender products.

Your primary focus will be on developing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our engineering teams to integrate Wi-Fi chipset solutions, troubleshoot customer Wi-Fi issues, and develop new Wi-Fi features on our RDKB platform.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IEEE802.11 protocol
  • Hands-on experience on C/C++ programming
  • Strong knowledge of Linux Operating systems
  • Experience and knowledge on IEEE802.11/Wi-Fi protocols such as WPA, RADIUS, WPS, 802.11n/ac/ax
  • Hands-on experience working in Linux environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test Wi-Fi software features for Comcast Wi-Fi gateway/extender product
  • Work on development of new Wi-Fi features on RDKB platform
  • Work with vendors to integrate Wi-Fi chipset solutions
  • Provide technical assistance to other teams to trouble shoot customer Wi-Fi issues
  • Hands-on experience working in Linux environment
