Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Liaison in the Real Estate sector, located in Gurugram.

The Property Liaison will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing relevant information about property listings.

Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving set sales targets.

The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in telecalling and customer service
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property listings
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Proactive attitude with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
