We're seeking a skilled Software Backend Developer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their software development skills while also gaining exposure to how product decisions are made.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create clean, efficient software code and build scalable backend components.
  • Analyze external API documentation to help build new integrations.
  • Investigate production issues by examining logs and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks.
  • Participate in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning.
  • Built robust APIs to support integrations.
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java.
  • Ability to read and interpret API documentation.
  • Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git).
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
