Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Static Equipment Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Detailing, Drafting of storage tanks, pressure vessels, and other static equipment along with hands-on experience with engineering tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and detailing of static equipment including storage tanks, pressure vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers.
  • Execute drafting as per mechanical datasheet and project specification.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable codes and standards such as API 650/620, ASME Section VIII Div.1, TEMA, IS 2825, IS 803.

Requirements:

  • Plan and execute day-to-day engineering activities to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain project documents in a retrievable manner.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of detailed engineering.
  • Coordinate drafting team efforts.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of engineering deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of static equipment in overall project design.
  • Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning of static equipment.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in designing storage tanks, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.
  • Real-time experience in preparing equipment layouts, general arrangements, detail drawings for nozzles, bottom plates, shell plates, and roof plates.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
