Job Opportunity: Merchandiser for Denim Sourcing & Production

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work as a merchandiser in the denim sourcing and production sector.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as hands-on experience in vendor management and supply chain operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing vendors, leading negotiations with them to ensure best pricing, margins, and product quality, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can build strong partnerships with vendors, negotiate deals, and drive business growth while ensuring uncompromised product quality.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of denim sourcing and production processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in vendor management and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop vendors for sourcing and production.
  2. Lead negotiations with vendors to ensure best pricing, margins, and product quality.
  3. Finalize prices, place orders with the right vendors, and ensure uncompromised product quality.
  4. Coordinate daily with vendors for production updates and ensure timely delivery of garments.
  5. Visit factories for production follow-ups, quality checks, and monitoring production status.
  6. Maintain effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Denim sourcing & production.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management and supply chain operations.
