Senior Procurement Specialist - Coupa Expertise

We seek a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist with expertise in Coupa to support our organization's procurement goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules, ensuring seamless system performance and resolving technical and functional issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems, streamlining data exchange and reducing complexity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or similar P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, finance principles, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Coupa and its applications, along with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to excel in this role.
