Senior Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Leader to lead and mentor our engineering team in building innovative features and capabilities. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to drive innovation and excellence in software development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that meet the needs of our global customers.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software that meets the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Champion engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.
  • Make data-driven decisions to solve complex technical challenges and drive business growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • 30%: Hands-on coding and debugging using C#.Net/Microservices.
  • 30%: Architecting and designing enterprise software and cloud services (HLD & LLD).
  • 40%: Project and people management, overseeing engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scope alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep hands-on experience in software development using C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including 1–2 years in technical leadership and people management.
