Operations Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge & Data Analysis: In-depth knowledge of products, including shoes and accessories, is essential for this role. You will be required to analyze sales data and use this information to inform inventory decisions.
  • Stock Receiving and Organization: You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt of stock at our store, ensuring that it is organized and stored efficiently within predetermined timelines and standards.
  • Inventory Management: Optimization of stock levels and space within the stock room is crucial for this role. You will be required to manage stock levels, ensure 100% basic standards of stock room organization, and apply all security procedures.
  • Transfer Control: Control transfer between stores and ensure deadlines are met. Provide feedback on transfer lists and control reception of stock.
  • Floor Operations Support: Support department managers in running floor operations smoothly, ensuring all floor processes are followed.
  • Store Productivity Management: Support Store Managers in managing productivity of the store.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
