About the Role

The Senior Product Designer will take the lead in translating complex workflows into intuitive designs. You will collaborate with SREs, engineering leaders, and DevOps teams to deeply understand their needs and conduct research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights and refine designs.

You will craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for features like infrastructure dashboards, alerting systems, and workflow automations. Your focus will be on ensuring that the platform is not only functional but a joy to use.

As a Senior Product Designer at 360SRE, you will work closely with product managers to align designs with business goals and partner with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of your designs.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with SaaS or enterprise tools. They should have a proven ability to conduct research and simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.

They should also have technical fluency, familiarity with infrastructure tools, cloud platforms, or DevOps workflows is a big plus. A mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a focus on prototyping and iteration is required.

We are looking for a strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams. A portfolio that showcases your ability to design for technical, data-heavy workflows is a must.
