The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing and Customer Management:
  • Accurate invoicing of customers by working closely with sales teams.
  • Responding to customers in a timely manner in all accounts and billing queries.
  • Monitoring customer deposits and deferred revenue.
  • Financial Reconciliation and Analysis:
  • Reconciling trade debtors and trade creditors along with debt collection on a monthly basis.
  • Reconciling of bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Financial Planning and Reporting:
  • Assist with month-end closing journal entries and preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • Checking contractors invoices and payroll manual journal.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-7 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Xero and Excel.
