Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires a Technical Expert in Oracle Fusion HCM with at least 7 years of implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing and extending Oracle Fusion modules, as well as experience with development of SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Application Composer, Process Cloud Service (PCS).

The successful candidate will also have knowledge of Oracle HCM Modules, including Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, and expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, Application Security, Workflows, BPM Workflows, Page Customizations & Extensions, FSR, BI Publisher, OTBI, Alerts, etc.

In addition, the candidate should have expertise in OIC, OCI APEX, and ATP, as well as understanding of REST services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Architecture, and Network Topology.

The ability to integrate multiple systems with Oracle Fusion using various integration patterns and technologies and OIC is also essential.

A basic understanding of Shell scripting, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework is required.

Proficiency in Github, CICD, Automation Testing would be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Technical Expert
  • Expertise in customizing and extending Oracle Fusion modules
  • Experience with development of SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Application Composer, Process Cloud Service (PCS)
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Modules (Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll)
