Lead Drafter

We're seeking an exceptional Drafter to join our team of professionals working on diverse and challenging national projects.

As a skilled Drafter, you'll transform conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into meticulous, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.

You'll ensure compliance and quality by applying knowledge of building codes and regulations, collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive design, assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement, and solve complex challenges by identifying and resolving design issues.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or other BIM software is a plus.
• A deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
