Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity for growth into a full-time role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating impactful marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, and business cards, as well as digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and online marketing.

This is a part-time role (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST) that requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design print marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and business cards
  • Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and online marketing
  • Maintain consistency with branding guidelines across all design work
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine designs and meet deadlines
  • Organize and manage design files and templates for ongoing use

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio of print and digital work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team
  • Availability during scheduled hours (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST)
  • Experience designing for trade shows or large-format print

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with WordPress and website builders
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or Trello
