- Vendor & Staff Management: Support vendor lifecycle management and handle staff-related tasks with professionalism.
- Stationery and Supplies: Ensure the office is equipped with necessary items to function efficiently.
- Housing and Amenities: Maintain cleanliness and supply services to in-office staff.
- Travel Coordination: Facilitate travel arrangements for staff and leadership as required.
- Technology Support: Ensure reliable connectivity and provide IT assistance as needed.
- Utilities and Maintenance: Manage essential services such as electricity, water, and waste management.
- Maintenance and Repair Services: Cover building upkeep and equipment servicing needs.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute internal events, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Skillset: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
