Masterbatch Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Color Matcher-QC Chemist to join our team.

This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in formulation development, color matching, process optimization, quality control, or product testing of masterbatch polymer products.

1. Formulate new products and improve existing ones through the application of chemical principles.
2. Conduct thorough quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
3. Analyze data and develop effective solutions to optimize production processes.
