About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Academic Associate to join our team in the GMP Department. As an Academic Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success of participants.

Responsibilities:

  1. GMP Module: Provide guidance to participants before their arrival on campus, focusing on the six-course module.
  2. Pre-Term Program: Assist in developing a four-week program aimed at enhancing communication skills and preparing participants for academic disciplines.
  3. Project Management: Assist students in managing assignment submissions, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  4. Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate records of participant progress and provide regular updates.
  5. Exam Conduct: Conduct specific exams with faculty assistance using Flexi Quiz and grade according to international faculty rubric.
  6. Material Uploading: Upload materials on e-Kosh and order books and cases as needed.
  7. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties assigned by the Chairperson-GMP.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-graduation with knowledge and skills orientation in academic research.
  • Writing Proficiency: Excellent writing proficiency and good Excel skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in quantitative methods, statistical analysis, and data analysis tools like SPSS/STATA/R/Python.
  • Learning Management Systems: Ability to administer Harvard Online modules, Flexi Cube, and e-Kosh.
