Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
- Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
We also need help with:
- VMware Virtualization: Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi servers (versions 6.0 to 7.0) and Virtual Center.
- Create and manage virtual machines and templates; migrate physical servers to virtual servers using VMware Converter.
Storage Administration:
Provision and manage storage solutions, including creating LUNs and allocating storage based on requirements. Monitor and maintain Dell storage infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and capacity management.
Backup and Recovery Solutions:
Configure and maintain HP Data Protector for server database and application backups. Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
VDI Management:
Deploy and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to support organizational needs.
Monitoring and Documentation:
Perform ongoing monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Ensure thorough documentation of the entire infrastructure environment.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is required. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
