Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced system administrator to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows administration and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows systems, including server and client administration.
  • Ensure security compliance and remediation for Windows servers and clients.
  • Support email infrastructure built on Exchange/O365 and troubleshoot client-side Outlook issues.
  • Setup and troubleshoot core infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File/Print services.
  • Support O365 services, including Intune, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in IT system administration.
  • Excellent skills in Windows administration and scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft OS versions, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
  • Working experience with O365 technologies.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
