Job Description

About the Role

You will be responsible for interacting with potential customers and teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, schedules, and design feasibility.

As a key member of our technical team, you will plan RTL logic design and verification projects, including initial synthesis with constraints and UPF development.

You will direct project technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and interact with implementation teams to ensure clean hand-offs and successful project outcomes.

Additionally, you will work on planning and executing RTL logic design and verification projects, developing and leading project technical teams, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute RTL logic design and verification projects
  • Develop and lead project technical teams
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in customer interfacing and pre-sales skills
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and tuning skills
  • Strong skills in RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading RTL logic design development projects
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Test Bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies
  • Proven experience in developing verification environments and performing complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs
  • Intimate knowledge of tools, flows, and methodologies required to execute design projects
  • FPGA Design and Verification Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with different Protocols
  • Ability to create and drive Proposals
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods of time and work on-site at customer premises as required
