Quantitative Expert - Assessment DevelopmentWe are seeking a highly skilled quantitative expert to lead the development of high-quality assessments in Maths, Science, or Language. This role will be based out of Dharamshala and involves working on the creation and review of engaging content for learning and assessment products.About the Role:

• Develop and implement large-scale assessment frameworks and test items mapped to competencies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure assessment quality and effectiveness
• Maintain and update question banks to ensure they remain relevant and challenging
• Analyse large-scale student response data to understand how children think and learn
• Provide technical expertise to support the development of innovative assessment solutions

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing large-scale assessments, with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Language. A Master's degree in Assessments, Teaching, Psychometry, or similar fields is also desirable. The candidate should have at least 5-6 years of experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.
