Job Description:

  • Develop advanced reporting tools, dashboards and analytics solutions that cater to the needs of the organization.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and design documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and define reporting requirements.
  • Support database administrators and developers in building data warehousing systems for analytics and reporting.
  • Implement business intelligence solutions to meet internal and external data reporting goals.
  • Administer and support data modeling, integration, and governance in data warehouse systems.
  • Assist in generating accurate and timely business reports.
  • Coordinate with business units to identify new data requirements and reporting mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain business and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to BI standards and best practices across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an analytical role with hands-on BI experience.
  • Age: Below 35 years.
  • Domain expertise in financial services or marketing is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proficient SQL skills to handle large datasets.
  • Work efficiently with ETL tools like Talend and Tableau.
  • Understand data modeling concepts and work on schema development using MySQL, Aurora, and Snowflake.
  • Optimize database operations and write efficient SQL queries.
  • Work with ETL pipelines, AWS, DBT, and GIT to automate workflows.
  • Program in Python and apply statistical knowledge to solve complex problems.
