Job Title: International Education Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on study abroad options, university selection, and country choices.
  • Guide students through the application process including form completion, SOPs, LORs, and documentation requirements.
  • Provide information about universities, programs, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
  • Support students with visa guidance, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Foster relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in admission and visa regulations for key destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen etc.).
  • Maintain follow-up and ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as an International Education/Overseas Education Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and application processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in advising for USA, UK, Canada, Australia or Schengen Countries.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
