Strategic Deals Leader

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our deals strategy and execution. Our clients are seeking exceptional leaders who can shape and own entire practice verticals.

The Head of Transaction Advisory will lead the department responsible for PMO services, IPO Advisory, process integration, contracts and legal compliance, due diligence and transaction structuring ensuring that transactions deliver their intended strategic and financial value.

  • Lead the drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
  • Oversee implementation of deal-related structures (SPA/SSA covenants, milestone-linked funding, earnouts).
Requirements
  • 12+ years in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory (Big 4, consulting, or corporate M&A leadership).
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLP.
  • Track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Deep expertise in M&A deal execution, post-deal integration, carve-outs, and restructuring.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, tax structuring, and compliance frameworks.
