Senior Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our investments team. This role will be based in Gurgaon and requires the candidate to work at least three days a week in the office.

This position focuses on various aspects of institutional investing, including data collection and analysis, investment strategies research, performance reporting, and related investment consulting support functions.

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Graduate degree in finance (B.com, BBA or equivalent) or Master's degree with progress towards CFA and CIPM preferred
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Strong understanding and proper usage of investment-related terminology in written and verbal communication
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside of India

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Prepare month and quarterly performance reports for clients
  • Analyze performance of different investment options and overall plan
  • Communicate with investment and custodian teams to gather and/or clarify client-specific data for reporting
  • Client communications and reviews, managing ramp-ups and ongoing transitions
  • Define, delegate, monitor, and participate in employee engagement activities
