Project Site Manager

Job Overview:

As a Project Site Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects on-site, ensuring a productive work environment and driving engagement practices to motivate contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment on-site by implementing rigorous safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews with contractors to address any issues or grievances and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and implement motivational programs and recognition schemes to boost contractor morale.
  • Ensure the provision of basic facilities like food, water, wash areas, and seating spaces for workers on-site.
  • Disseminate policies related to Code of Conduct and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) to maintain a respectful workplace culture.
  • Monitor and track site construction progress during every project milestone to ensure timely completion.
  • Optimize project budget allocation to achieve cost targets as per the project plan.
  • Guarantee high project quality at every stage of site construction through rigorous quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with contractors and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role requiring minimum 100% attendance and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
