Key Responsibilities

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and flooring, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, preventing equipment and materials from being left in hazardous states.

Upkeep personal and staff grooming and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with the Manager, Site In-charge, Sous chef, or Sr. cook in inventory management and provision indenting.

Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors or management as needed.
