Job Summary:

As a seasoned cybersecurity expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' IT infrastructure. Your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide top-notch support and resolve complex technical queries efficiently.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity requires someone with hands-on experience in MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools, as well as a strong grasp of security protocols and endpoint protection. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing technical support to clients using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools
  • Resolving technical queries through calls, emails, and chat for a smooth customer experience
  • Engaging with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals
  • Troubleshooting product-related issues and collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams
  • Communicating client's architecture, integration capabilities, and feature set effectively
  • Escalating complex technical cases while maintaining clear communication with customers
  • Delivering training to clients and internal teams; documenting technical issues to enrich our knowledge base
  • Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity and endpoint management space
  • Actively gathering and sharing client feedback with the product team to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM
  • Strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset
  • Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certs
