Job Description :

Kovaion Consulting, a leader in Business Transformation with a focus on Oracle Applications, seeks a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Consultant to join our team.

We provide exceptional consulting services to clients, leveraging our expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft to deliver intelligent system management solutions.

As part of our growth plan, we are expanding our PeopleSoft team by 30+ members across delivery centers in various locations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of PeopleSoft experience, strong expertise in the HCM module, and knowledge of application modules such as Core HR, Absence, Global Payroll, Time Labor, Benefits, and Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and enhance the PeopleSoft application as per business requirements.
  • Provide innovative solutions for project needs.
  • Involve in analysis of latest PeopleSoft Features & PUM updates.
  • Diagnose issues, design a solution, and implement it.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements & delivery timelines.
  • Deliver technical information, support, and training to internal customers.
  • Provide performance improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of PeopleSoft experience.
  • Good communication, analytical skills, presentation skills (Client Facing).
  • Strong expertise on HCM module.
  • Knowledge in any of the following application modules: HCM(Core HR, Absence, Global Payroll, Time Labor, Benefits, Compensation).
  • Hands-on experience on technical skills: App Designer, SQL, BI Publisher, App Engines, CI, AWE (Approval Workflow Engines), App Packages, and Online customizations.
  • Must have previously worked on Implementation/Support Upgrade projects.
  • Proven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionality.
  • Knowledge in Fluid related concepts is a must.
  • Expertise in functional and technical documentation.
