Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Information Technology Expert. As an escalation point for complex issues, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting VMware virtualization infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in networking concepts, advanced administration of Azure Cloud services, and experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops. A strong understanding of troubleshooting and performance optimization skills is essential, along with excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for complex technical issues related to VMware, Citrix, Networking, Azure, and Azure AD.
  • Designing and implementing VMware virtualization infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, HA/DRS, SRM).
  • Managing and optimizing Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, Citrix ADC/NetScaler).
  • Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, load balancers).
  • Administering and securing Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS, VMs, storage, backup, monitoring).
  • Managing Azure Active Directory & Identity Services (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, Entra ID, AD Connect).
  • Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive measures for recurring incidents.
  • Supporting migrations, upgrades, and large-scale infrastructure projects with minimal downtime.
  • Maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with security best practices and organizational policies.
