Printed Circuit Board Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer to join our organization. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality PCB layouts using your expertise in Schematic and Layout design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design multilayer PCB layouts up to 6-12 layers with mixed signal design capabilities.
  • Experience with high-speed mixed signals, HDI boards, and BGAs with Blind and buried via techniques.
  • Knowledge of the latest interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, etc.
  • Expertise in differential routing, length matching routing, impedance routing, and minimizing EMI/EMC problems.
  • Proficiency in DFM & DFA analysis, Gerber & ODB++ checking, and IPC standard compliance.
  • Experience in schematic designing, schematic symbols, and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Skilled in Allegro tool usage and schematic design entry.
  • Participate in internal and customer PCB layout reviews.
  • Coordinate with PCB vendors and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
  • Perform board bring-ups, debugging, and testing.

Required Skills:

  • A proven track record of successfully designed production-level PCBs.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including third-party vendor interaction and review of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics and communication engineering.
