About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing marketing web properties using Webflow. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and create high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, page performance and responsive design.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our in-house designers and marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.
  • Measure key metrics such as conversion, traffic and bounce rates and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design and product teams to deliver seamless online experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals including typography, color, layout, accessibility and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles including knowledge of backlinking and keyword rankings.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social media tracking.
  • Expertise in custom code with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools and Webflow integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development.
