State-of-the-art Float Glass Plant Overview

Located at Jhagadia, Bharuch District, this plant spans over an area of 150 acres and produces 550 MT of clear glass per day.

  • Producing clear glass with less than 650 ppm of Iron, setting a high quality benchmark standard within India and globally.
  • Unique positioning of in-house Sand Beneficiation plant with a capacity to produce 600 tons of treated sand per day.

Jhagadia glass site has attracted various future investments by the company in India, making it one of its greatest assets.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Operation and maintenance of switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
  2. Maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators, and lightning arrestors.
  3. Maintenance of Soft starters & Automation systems & Basic operations of PLC's and SCADA.
  4. Troubleshooting of AC/DC machines, Circuit Theory & earthing concepts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requires Diploma - Electrical Engineering from reputable institutions with good academic records and 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry.

Desirable skills include ability to deploy functional knowledge, Detail Orientation, Analytical Skills, Team Player, and Multi-cultural compatibility.
