About this role: We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in legal automation. This individual will play a crucial part in streamlining data extraction and management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract structured data from large files using PDF automation scripts and OCR-based tools.
  • Transfer extracted data seamlessly to Excel, applying necessary formatting and logic as per project requirements.
  • Develop and execute data deduplication scripts in Python, MySQL, and Excel to clean datasets and remove duplicates.
  • Prioritize data grouping and classification tasks, particularly on non-iConect platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage Excel consolidation and data normalization, conducting standard data integrity checks in line with project specifications.
  • Automate daily task reports using Python to provide valuable insights on resource allocation and productivity.

Required Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a legal support, data processing, or technical project role.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Python
    • MySQL
    • Excel
    • OCR tools
    • SharePoint
    • Automation scripts
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
