Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Public Sector & Utilities team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in lead roles and engaging with government customers. You will need to understand the complexities of state government procurement processes and have a proven track record of closing large digital transformation initiatives.

You will be working closely with our Regional Manager and other teams to develop comprehensive business plans that address customer priorities and pain points. Your expertise in cloud solutions and industry trends will be invaluable in this role.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. They will also have a strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer priorities and pain points
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
  • Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value
  • Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
  • Proven track record in business application software sales
  • Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment
  • Prior experience in engaging in the complete sales cycle with Govt customers along with involvement of system integrators, State Nodal agencies & consultants
  • Understanding the business of various Govt bodies, Utilities & public sector as an industry is a must
