Accounting Professional

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled accounting professional with 2-3 years of experience in financial statements, tax audit, and transfer pricing compliance to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily MIS and Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare daily management information system reports and financial statements as required by senior management.
  • Tax Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in annual audits of domestic and international companies, including preparation of tax returns and ensuring relevant tax filings.
  • Transfer Pricing Compliance: Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations for both Indian and foreign companies.
  • Statutory and Tax Audits: Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Month-End Close Transactions: Perform month-end close transactions, reconcile financial institution and cost of goods sold reports, and prepare annual budgets (including capital budgeting).
  • Communication Skills: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and consultants at international locations.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Stay updated on regulatory reporting, accounting operations, and tax accounting standards.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, regulators, and merchant bankers.
  • Historical Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare historical restated financial statements for regulatory filings.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Linguistic Skills: Excellent English conversation and written skills.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
