**Job Title:** Lead Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our team in developing innovative solutions for our clients.

  • Oversee the performance and development of team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Conceptualize, visualize, and execute projects that deliver exceptional results, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with the copy team, maintaining the overall quality of delivered content.
  • Review assets for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Participate in new business pitches, leveraging creativity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to secure new clients and projects.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with a strong emphasis on creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual potential, and writing capabilities, showcasing experience in leading teams and driving project success.
  • Creative thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving, strong interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Analyze data and market trends, making informed decisions to drive business growth and success.

**Work Environment:**
