Senior Engineering Leader

  • Own the architecture and development of our platform

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable languages
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions
