Senior ABAP Developer for S/4 HANA Conversion

Job Description

As a Senior ABAP Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new S/4 HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in S/4 HANA implementation and conversion is essential
  • ABAP code remediation experience is highly valued
  • Expertise in ABAP on HANA development is required
  • Building CDS views, AMDP, and other code push down techniques should be familiar
  • Extensive experience in ABAP OO, SLT processes, RFC interfaces, HTTP, and web services is necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication, and listening skills are expected
  • Strong programming skills and hands-on S4H conversion experience are must-haves
  • Ability to perform custom code impact analysis for S4H with focus on interfaces
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, techniques, and protocols
  • Design and development of interfaces/APIS with focus on re-usability and configurability
  • Test automation concepts and experience working on projects with strong test automation culture
  • Secure programming concepts and performance best practices in SAP environments
