Print Production Expert

As a seasoned Print Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of prints, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
- Manage Client's project expectations and adhere to their process and policies.
- Provide technical support and advice to minimize costs and ensure timely deliverables.
- Partner with artwork studio and printers to drive quality prints and maintain consistency across prints.
- Support during design phase, review potential risks, and lead conversations with stakeholders on color assessment.
- Lead projects with strong management skills, track timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Manage color standards storage and support courier arrangements.
- At least 5 years of progressive print production experience or equivalent education.
- Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management.
- Familiarity with Color Management tools and various Print methods (Offset, Flexo, Gravure).
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
