Job Overview

We are seeking a CTO Associate Manager to support our DataOps and SRE operations, ensuring seamless offshore delivery of DataOps, BIOps, Data IntegrationOps, and related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day DataOps activities, including incident resolution, SLA adherence, and stakeholder engagement. They will also contribute to process standardization and automation efforts, improving service efficiency and scalability.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, ensuring high service quality and proactive issue resolution. The successful candidate will collaborate with onshore teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of offshore activities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support DataOps and SRE operations, assisting in offshore delivery of DataOps, BIOps, Data IntegrationOps, and related initiatives.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day DataOps activities, including incident resolution, SLA adherence, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to process standardization and automation efforts, improving service efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring high service quality and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of offshore activities with business needs.
  • Monitor and optimize resource utilization, leveraging automation and analytics to improve productivity.
