Job Overview:

We Are Seeking a Strategic HR Leader

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in computer operations, ERP systems, and documentation, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to lead both HR and Administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Main Objectives:
  • Manage overall HR and Admin activities of the organization
  • Handle government liaisoning work related to labour laws and factory compliance
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and discipline
  • Oversee recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee relations
  • Prepare HR letters, notices, and circulars as required
  • Maintain and update employee records in ERP systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
  • Handle office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Generate and maintain reports in Excel and Word for management review

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles
  • Strong knowledge of government compliance and liaisoning
  • Age between 40 to 55 years
