About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior position in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, based in Panchkula. This full-time opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and ever-evolving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market and consumer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies to drive business goals.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to create and maintain forecasting models for inventory and sales.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies to ensure alignments with objectives.
  • Develop predictive models to support strategic initiatives and optimize overall store performance.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Implement data mining strategies to uncover hidden business insights and potential process improvements.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python Programming to automate data analysis tasks effectively and build scalable solutions.
  • Experience with Statistical Analysis to interpret complex data sets and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning techniques to develop predictive models and optimize operations.
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization to present insights clearly and aid in storytelling with data.
  • Competency in Predictive Modeling to anticipate future challenges and opportunities in FMCG.
  • Experience with Big Data to manage large volumes of consumer data efficiently and accurately.
  • The ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation from databases.
  • Acumen in Data Mining to extract patterns and insights that enhance decision-making processes.
