About the Job

You'll leverage your knowledge of lean principles and kaizens to drive process improvements, reducing conditional and ergonomic risk across our operations. By partnering with our operations teams, you'll build trust and confidence, influencing change through comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety or ME in Industrial Safety Engineering.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve safety performance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with site leaders, Operations Teams, and other stakeholders.
