Responsibilities:
- Strong foundation in semiconductor component selection, both active and passive components
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end processes in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
- Strong knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Engages in the development and refinement of FMEA/DFMEA/PFMEA
- Ensures control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively at supplier locations
- Promotes continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
- Competent in BOM and Gerber file analysis, ensuring process documentation is in place and effective
- Knowledgeable in the development of tools and fixtures for electrical and electronic parts
- Monitors and reports on key quality-related performance indicators, including scrap, rework, and parts per million (PPM) figures
- Conducts vendor visits and evaluations in collaboration with the Design Engineering (DE) team
- Conducts performance analysis of vendors based on process & product quality
- Executes Design Change Request Notices (DCRN) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECN)

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
