As a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence, you will craft innovative solutions that automate business processes, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create scalable Copilot agents for internal and client workflows; seamlessly integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.
  • Builts secure, supportable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.
  • Designs and implements API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; optimizes performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; documents patterns for reuse and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensures compliance with Hudson RPO's AI governance framework and coordinates with IT on ISO27001 expectations for Power Platform solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • Develops and deploys Copilot Studio agents; expertise in prompt engineering; integrates with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint; understands agent performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages; builds custom connectors; integrates REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.
  • Writes scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
  • Transforms business needs into efficient AI solutions; problem-solves and optimises flows.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600) or equivalent expertise preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hudson RPO's AI governance and acceptable use framework.
Deliverables
  1. Copilot agents that integrate with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint and a defined knowledge base, with simple performance/usage telemetry.
  2. Core Power Automate flows and custom connectors to key REST APIs; documents patterns for reuse.
  3. API/webhook payload scripting in productionised workflows.
  4. Alignment to AI Acceptable Use and IT governance (incl. ISO27001 considerations for Power Platform).
