Service Design Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned designer to spearhead the development of innovative programs for corporate clients.

  • In close collaboration with our Director of Innovation, you will craft bespoke innovation programs and detailed proposals tailored to client-specific needs and objectives.
  • You will engage in stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities with diverse clients where human-centered innovation can drive value.
  • You will conduct user research, derive insights, and create qualitative analysis reports and documentation for client projects.
  • You will provide methodology support to corporate teams throughout the project lifecycle: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • You will identify areas where service design and human-centered innovation can add significant value for clients.
  • You will contribute to the evolution of our methodologies.

Your Profile:

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space, preferably with a background in accelerators, innovation hubs, or consultancies.
  • You must be well-versed in user-centered design methodologies and proactive in bringing new insights to each step of the service design process.
  • You must possess strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • You must be able to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • You must have a solid understanding of technological trends and challenges.
  • You must be proficient in presentation software such as PPT or Keynote.
